Zachary Greenbaum recently received a verdict in favor of his client in case involving allegations of illegal towing. Associate, Zachary Greenbaum received a verdict in favor of his client, a condominium association, in the Prince George's County District Court. The case involved allegations of illegal towing. Zach successfully argued that independent contractor laws in Maryland shielded the condo association from liability.

Defense Verdict Congratulations to Elaine Wilford on obtaining a defense verdict in the District Court for Baltimore City in favor of her client in a case arising out of an intersection accident. Elaine successfully argued that the Plaintiff could not establish by a preponderance of the evidence that her left turn arrow was green upon entering the intersection.
